Learn moreKelly Barnes is the founder of Tri 2 B Fit and brings a rare combination of academic expertise and real-world athletic experience to every client she works with.
With a Master's degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a deep specialization in sport psychology, Kelly understands both the physical and mental sides of performance. She currently teaches Sport Psychology at ASU in the Professional Golf Management Program — sharing her passion for the mental game with the next generation of athletes.
Kelly was a Division I NJCAA athlete in both soccer and basketball, has worked as an Adventure Based Counselor, and has conducted research on exercise and cognitive function. She's also a two-time Ironman finisher (Lake Placid and Arizona) — so she knows firsthand what it takes to push through barriers, both physical and mental.
But what truly sets Kelly apart is her approach: warm, encouraging, and never intimidating. Whether you're a competitive athlete or someone taking their first steps toward better health, Kelly meets you where you are.
